Job Description
- Lead IT Strategic Sourcing initiatives across software, hardware, and IT services categories.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of software and hardware maintenance lifecycles, including subscription models, support tiers, and endoflife schedules.
- Negotiate and maintain long-term, value-driven relationships with strategic technology vendors.
- Perform detailed cost analysis, data interpretation, and financial modeling to support sourcing decisions.
- Analyze spend and market trends recommend strategies to reduce total cost of ownership (TCO) and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with IT leadership, Legal, and Finance teams to review and refine contract terms, SLAs, and commercial structures.
- Conduct industrial benchmarking to evaluate pricing, service levels, and emerging category trends.
- Ensure timely delivery of technology products and services in alignment with Lennox project timelines.
- Develop and manage RFx processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ), including requirements gathering, evaluation, and vendor selection.
- Support technology contract renewals, maintenance agreements, and subscription management processes.
- Document procurement processes and contribute to the creation and enhancement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Utilize experience in Indirect Corporate Category buying to optimize sourcing activities across the IT portfolio.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline Computer Science or related technical background preferred but not required.
- 5-10 years of experience in IT Sourcing, IT Procurement, or Vendor Management.
- Proven expertise in negotiating IT contracts and managing enterprise technology suppliers.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a structured procurement environment (preferably global or matrixed organizations).
