Elevate is recruiting a
Senior Analyst for our Discovery Team. As a Senior Analyst you will focus on processing and engaging with Elevate discovery team on eDiscovery projects. This role requires expertise in utilizing Relativity, Everlaw and eDiscovery processing methodologies.
Specifically, The Senior Analyst Will
- Analyse and consult around processing and production operations in Relativity and/or Everlaw.
- Collaborate with leadership team on operational workflows as they relate to data intake, staging, and data processing that follow industry norms and standards.
- Draft documentation where needed.
- Process ESI using in-house processing tools such as Relativity One and Everlaw (includes duplication, culling/filtering, text/metadata extraction, OCRing non-searchable files, tiff conversion, error/exception handling and quality control).
- Set-up, run, export, manipulate and QC document productions from both Relativity One and Everlaw.
- Troubleshoot and resolve processing exceptions

Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in an eDiscovery focusing on data processing, with hosting services experience preferred.
- Proficiency with an eDiscovery processing and hosting platform, preferably Relativity and Everlaw.
- Well-versed in EDRM model- Experience creating and manipulating various load file types and reports using MS Access and other database tools is required
- Additional experience in Merlin, Infinnium (4iG), and Exterro and Relativity RCA are a plus.
