We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Analyst HR Operations to oversee all day-to-day HR operational functions and support our internal HR systems. This role will be responsible for managing core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, maintaining accuracy in our HRIS (Workday), and driving operational excellence within the HR function.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle within Workday, including processing new hires, terminations, and job/compensation changes.
- Serve as the primary HR Operations contact, troubleshooting issues and handling escalations
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy in Workday through regular audits and system checks, ensuring alignment with Payroll, Finance, and IT systems.
- Generate and maintain essential HR reports and dashboards for leadership and compliance purposes.
- Identify and implement process automations and workflow improvements within Workday and broader HR operations.
- Document and continuously improve all standard operating procedures for HR operations.
- Ensure HR compliance by monitoring regulatory requirements and maintaining adherence of policies and practices.
- Support internal and external audits, as well as employment verification requests.
- Manage internal HR documentation, templates, and workflow approvals.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical employee records in line with company and legal requirements.
- Provide timely and professional responses to HR-related inquiries from employees and managers.
- Collaborate with the IT department on employee onboarding and offboarding logistics, including systems access and necessary documentation.
- Partner with the wider HR team on cross-functional initiatives and process improvement projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or a related HR function
- Proficiency in Workday HCM
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to employee support
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is preferred
- Knowledge of U.S. and India employment laws and regulations
