What you will be doing
Your main responsibilities include:
- Design and deliver PowerBI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to key business stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, define KPIs, and translate business questions into robust analytical frameworks
- Extract, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting platforms
- Proactively identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to surface opportunities for operational improvement and cost savings
- Champion data quality and governance best practices, contributing to the maturity of the organization's analytics capabilities
- Train global audiences and support the adoption of self-service analytics tools across business units
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
- Advanced proficiency in delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions, with strong expertise in Power BI
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
- Familiarity with SQL for data retrieval
- Strong experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, and working with large, complex datasets in a financial context
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
