Job Description:
- Must have good knowledge in Indesign and Photoshop.
- Co-ordinating with the team and creating the manual inserts for Catalog.
- Taking the updates from the team leader and executing the updates.
- Supporting the team in preparation of sending final catalog files to printer.
- Handling the customer's escalation and quickly fulfilling the requirements.
- Maintaining Extraordinary quality to meet the internal and external SLA expectations.
- Meeting the highest performance matrix level.
