Essential Functions of the Job:
· Responsible for airfreight administration, resolution of Supplier payment exceptions and conducts document verification to ensure Supplier compliance with standard operating procedures and to drive continuous service improvements
· Drives efficient container utilization, improve on-time shipment and arrivals, special program implementation and tracking.
· Support supplier development activities
· Supports management in workload planning, allocation and productivity improvements
· Executes logistics business plans and projects
· Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Global Logistics and applies it to daily routines
· Supports Global Logistics principles on capacity, service and EDLC
· Provides management visibility on key metrics, shipment data, and corresponding analysis

Specific Duties and Accountabilities of the Job:
· Handles daily document verification for assigned retail markets
· Supports development and maintenance of standard operating procedures
· Handles daily operations and exceptions (e.g. container utilization, documentation management, airfreight administration, supplier payment) to ensure productivity, quality and compliance with standard operating procedures and shipping guidelines
· Drives supplier performance to ensure compliance
· Handles air freight origin administrations
· Prepares and provides accurate reporting on key metrics
· Conducts business analysis and reports the findings to management
· Supports management in workload planning, allocation and productivity improvementsHandles ad hoc assignments and projects
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Other Requirements:
· Proven competence on execution / planning / analysis etc.
· Good knowledge of supply chain logistics and related fields
· Good communication and presentation skills in English
· High sense of urgency and responsibility
· High standards in personal and professional integrity
· Project management experienceProficient in use of Microsoft Office applications
Education:
Bachelors Degree in International Business, Logistics / Supply
Chain or related field preferred
Experience:
5-7 years of experience in International business, shipping, logistics, or supply chain industry
