Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior GenAI Analyst to drive the transformation of life sciences and healthcare research and consulting workflows through Generative AI (GenAI), agentic AI systems, and intelligent workflow automation. This role is deeply analytical and process-oriented, focused on re-engineering research methodologies using AI rather than traditional software development. You will work at the intersection of healthcare domain expertise, market research, and AI-enabled automation, designing scalable solutions that accelerate insight generation, improve research quality, and enhance consulting delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong logical reasoning, healthcare research expertise, and hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI workflow orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize AI agents and automated workflows using GenAI tools and low code/no-code platforms.
• Select and configure appropriate LLMs and agent architectures for healthcare and life sciences use cases, balancing accuracy, cost, and performance.
• Translate complex life sciences research processes into structured, scalable AI workflows.
• Continuously monitor, refine, and improve AI agents based on performance, reliability, and stakeholder feedback.
• Automate high-value research activities, including Secondary research and literature reviews, Competitive intelligence, pipeline analysis, Company, product, therapy area profiling, Market sizing, trend analysis, and insight synthesis.
• Develop AI-assisted first drafts for: Market assessment opportunity reports, Therapeutic area deep dives, Competitive landscapes, battle cards, and benchmarking studies.
• Identify and implement new automation opportunities across pharma, biotech, MedTech, healthcare services, and digital health research workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in life sciences and healthcare market research with a structured, analytical mindset.
• Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, competitive intelligence, and industry analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in prompt engineering, with a solid understanding of LLM behavior, limitations, and API-based or agentic workflows.
• Ability to work with and debug structured data formats (JSON, CSV) within AI workflows.
• Exceptional logical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deconstruct complex research processes into automatable steps.
• Creative and systems-thinking approach to connecting tools, data sources, and workflows.
• Strong communication skills and proven experience collaborating across research, consulting, product, and technology teams.

Relevant Experience

• 2+ years of experience in life sciences and healthcare research, consulting, or analytics roles.
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, and agentic AI workflows is required.
• Prior exposure to pharma, biotech, MedTech, healthcare services, or digital health domains is strongly preferred.
