Senior Analyst- FP&A

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES –

• Perform analysis of financial information and recommend actions for improvement.
• Preparation of various schedules to support the financial information presented.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis as required.
• Communicate effectively and proactively with internal stakeholders to ensure information is presented logically and consistently.
• Completion of special projects as assigned by management.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE -

• Bachelor's or MBA in Accounting, Business, Finance or related discipline, with 3+ years of experience in related field, including financial reporting, general ledger/reconciliation controls, and budgeting processes.
• Exceptional Excel skills, modelling and building out data in Power BI or similar tools.
• Extensive experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to prepare complex analyses and present effectively to a wide range of stakeholders, including executive management.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a lot of change.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliverables against deadlines.

Additional qualifications desired, but not necessary, include:

• Experience with ASC 606 SaaS accounting.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning or another EPM software.
• Experience with multi-entity financial reporting systems (e.g., Sage Intacct), project accounting software (e.g., Netsuite OpenAir) and Salesforce.com.
