What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects-from problem framing to deployment
- Convert business challenges into structured data problems
- Work directly with clients across geographies
- Deliver actionable insights using advanced analytics & modeling
- Become a Subject Matter Expert and drive ownership
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in Data Analyst/ Decision Science
- Strong SQL & Tableau skills (8/10 proficiency expected)
- Advanced Excel for storytelling & analysis
- Hands-on experience in Hypothesis Testing & Attribution Modeling
- Marketing Mix Modeling
- Client-facing experience (Banking/Financial Services preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
