PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Under Armour is seeking a Senior Analyst, Financial Systems with experience in financial systems, enterprise performance management platforms, and finance processes to support the implementation, administration, and optimization of the OneStream platform. This role requires a solid understanding of financial close, consolidation, reporting, and planning processes, along with the ability to support system testing, troubleshooting, and data governance while collaborating across Finance, Accounting, and IT. The position will contribute to system implementation activities, ongoing system maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment between system capabilities and business needs while supporting data integrity, reporting solutions, and operational efficiency across finance teams.

Reporting Structure: Direct line report to a manager employed by Under Armour Global Services Pvt. Ltd. In India and with dotted-line report into the Director, Business Systems Management at UA Headquarters in Baltimore, MD.

YOUR IMPACT (Job Responsibilities):

• Support OneStream implementation activities including testing, deployment, and go-live readiness
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and system stabilization
• Document finance processes aligned with control and compliance requirements
• Maintain day-to-day system operations and provide user support
• Assist with system enhancements including dashboards, workflows, and reporting capabilities
• Support release management activities and system upgrades
• Support financial master data governance and maintenance
• Ensure data integrity across financial systems and reporting outputs
• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs
• Provide user training and support to finance stakeholders
• Support SOX compliance and audit requirements
• Maintain system documentation including processes, controls, and user guides
• Enforce appropriate system controls and user access governance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2–3+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, accounting, or related roles
• Experience supporting finance systems administration and operations
• Understanding of financial close, consolidation, reporting, and planning processes
• Exposure to SOX-controlled environments and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate business needs into system and data solutions
• Effective collaboration and communication skills
• Experience with OneStream or similar EPM platform (Preferred)
• ERP integration knowledge (e.g., SAP) (Preferred)
• Experience in retail or multi-entity environments (Preferred)
• CPA or relevant certification (Preferred)

WORKPLACE LOCATION:

Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our (UA India) office.

Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week
