Job Title: Senior Analyst - Category Specialization

Work Experience:
25 years of experience in market research, procurement intelligence, or consulting preferably focusing on Facilities Management or B2B industrial services
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research on FM services (hard & soft services).
- Engage in discussions with Experts and industry participants, and collaborate with them on articles and webinars on category subject matters
- Develop client-ready reports and presentations (PPT) with actionable insights.
- Build cost structures, billing rate benchmarks, and TCO/should-cost models.
- Track FM cost drivers, indices, and macro-economic factors.
- Conduct expert interviews and extract insights within tight project timelines.
- Support sourcing teams on RFx inputs, supplier risk assessment, and market landscapes.
- Work with spend data for category insights and opportunity assessment.

- Intermediate Excel Skills [Data analysis, Lookup & Reference, etc.]
- Candidate should be highly flexible as custom research projects are dynamic in terms of tight timelines as well as wide research topics
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail and stakeholder management
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage concurrent research requests and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry segments such as Pharmaceuticals, CPG, Retail, Food & Beverages, oil & gas, energy, and automotive.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, cost breakdowns, and supplier ecosystems for industrial products.
- Insights on how stakeholders view the sourcing of the categories.
Qualification: Must have MBA in Operations/Logistics/Supply Chain/Marketing with minimum 60% from class X onwards. Preferably B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering.
Candidates with experience in handling real world FM service lines such as cleaning & janitorial, security, HVAC, landscaping, workplace services, IFM/TFM, waste management, pest control, technical maintenance, and sustainability/ESG services would be preferred.
