Senior Analyst Evidence Synthesis (SLR/TLR | HEOR)

As Indence Health continues to expand its evidence synthesis and HEOR capabilities, we are looking for talented professionals to join our growing team.

We are particularly interested in individuals with strong hands-on experience in literature reviews, attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Experience: 2.5–4 years

Location: Mumbai / Kolkata

(Remote working may be considered on a case-by-case basis)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct systematic and targeted literature reviews (SLRs/TLRs), including literature screening, data extraction, quality assessment, and evidence synthesis.
• Support the development of search strategies, review protocols, and scientific deliverables.
• Independently manage assigned research tasks, ensuring scientific quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with Consultants to address research challenges, interpret findings, and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Contribute to process improvements and the adoption of innovative research tools.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2.5–4 years of relevant experience conducting literature reviews, preferably in an HEOR or life sciences consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of evidence synthesis methodologies and research standards.
• Good analytical, scientific writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively within a team.

Additional Advantages

• Experience working on evidence synthesis projects for biopharma clients.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled literature review platforms.
• Experience contributing to scientific publications.
