We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong Equity Research Analyst to join our research team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial markets, excellent modeling skills, and the ability to generate insightful research on companies and industries.

Experience - Minimum 5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and databases.
- Conduct in-depth industry and company analysis, including forecasting and financial valuation.
- Perform valuations using methods like Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Gordon Growth Model, Dividend Discount Model (DDM), and Relative Valuation techniques.
- Track and estimate company performance based on management commentary, earnings calls, and market trends.
- Regularly interact with clients, providing updates, views, and recommendations on covered companies.
- Collect, consolidate, and interpret company and industry data for internal and external use.
- Prepare quarter-end fund or market performance reports, summarizing key insights and developments.
- Draft and contribute to research reports, notes, briefs, and other client communication materials.
- Manage and respond to ad hoc data and research requests efficiently.
- Provide administrative and analytical support as required by the team.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Open to sector-agnostic profiles, but candidates must demonstrate strong understanding of industries and companies they've covered or analyzed.
- Solid foundation in valuation techniques, especially DCF, DDM, and relative multiples.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel; familiarity with VBA and Python is a plus.
- Experience working with Bloomberg Terminal or other financial databases/tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach toward idea generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
