Job Description:
We're seeking a Senior Analyst – E-commerce & D2C Platforms to lead performance analytics and insights across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Website, and App. You'll play a key role in driving data-led decisions to optimize customer experience and boost growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and analyse performance across E-commerce and D2C platforms.
- Generate data-driven insights on user behaviour, campaigns, funnels, and products.
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve KPIs.
- Forecast demand and identify growth opportunities through analytics.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in analytics within E-commerce, D2C, or Consumer Tech.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and marketplace dashboards (Amazon, Flipkart).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Good to Have
- Experience in Health, Wellness, or Nutraceuticals industry.
- Familiarity with CRO, A/B testing, and Web/App analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis.
