Job Description

The Travel Desk & Visa Processing Executive is responsible for handling employee travel arrangements and end‑to‑end visa processing. This role supports employees with travel bookings, visa documentation, and coordination with travel vendors and immigration consultants, while ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and international travel for employees
• Book flight tickets, hotel accommodation, and local transportation
• Coordinate with travel agencies and vendors for best options
• Share travel itineraries and travel‑related information with employees
• Handle last‑minute travel changes and cancellations
• Support employees with travel‑related queries and issues
• Maintain travel records and cost details
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in travel desk and visa processing roles
• Basic knowledge of visa procedures (US, UK, Schengen, GCC, etc., as applicable)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to handle multiple requests and work under deadlines
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and record keeping
