Senior Analyst

Role: Senior Data Scientist / Advanced Analytics

We are looking for an experienced Data Science professional with strong expertise in building and deploying advanced predictive ML models. The role requires hands-on ownership of model design, validation, and production deployment to solve high-impact business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, validate, and deploy advanced predictive models (ML, deep learning, time series, optimization).

• Perform deep statistical analysis and generate strategic business insights.

• Work closely with Data Engineering teams to ensure data quality and architecture readiness.

• Develop and maintain dashboards / reporting systems (Tableau / Power BI).

• Act as an expert in complex SQL querying and data manipulation.

• Present analytical findings and model outcomes directly to client stakeholders.

• Mentor junior team members and lead multiple analytical projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science / Advanced Analytics.

• Expert-level SQL and strong Python skills (scikit-learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch, Pandas).

• Proven experience building end-to-end production-grade ML models.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and Git.

• Strong problem-solving ability and stakeholder communication skills.

Important Screening Criteria:

• Prioritize candidates with real industry-level ML / Data Science project experience.

• Avoid profiles heavily focused on Data Engineering, ETL, or pure dashboarding work.

• Validate hands-on involvement in end-to-end ML model development.

• Confirm willingness for WFO/WFH model and shift timing (1 PM 10 PM).
