Senior Analyst

Role Overview:

Were looking for a seasoned Senior Test Lead to drive our testing strategy, lead a team of QA engineers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Youll be instrumental in defining test plans, mentoring junior testers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end testing efforts across multiple projects and platforms
• Define and implement test strategies, plans, and automation frameworks
• Collaborate with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment
• Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, conduct code reviews and knowledge sharing
• Own defect management and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Track and report quality metrics, test coverage, and release readiness
• Evaluate and onboard new testing tools and technologies

Required Skills & Experience:

• 58 years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual + automation)
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
