Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze trade data across risk and finance systems to identify and resolve data breaks.
- Investigate root causes, support issue resolution, and provide decision support to stakeholders.
- Support change requests and new business initiatives through requirement analysis, testing, and SME support.
- Perform data normalization, validation, enrichment, and reporting activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for issue resolution and process improvements.
- Manage daily/weekly/monthly reports, mailbox, and queue activities.
- Build domain expertise in finance, trade lifecycle, and investment banking operations.
- Perform Account Set-Up activities, including account creation, maintenance, and updates across internal systems.
- Manage and maintain Static Data accurately to ensure data integrity and compliance with operational standards.
- Handle Client Data Management, including onboarding, updates, and maintenance of client-related information.
- Ensure timely processing and validation of reference data requests while maintaining high accuracy levels.
