We're looking for a Senior Analyst Digital Performance & Analytics to join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of digital analytics, marketing performance, customer insights, and data operationssupporting some of our most important client programs.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Digital Performance & Insights Interpretation

  • Analyze multichannel marketing data (email, web, campaigns, social, CRM, paid media) to identify trends, performance drivers, and engagement patterns.
  • Build structured, client-ready presentationsclarifying what happened, why it happened, and what to do next.
  • Support monthly/quarterly performance reviews with intelligence-backed storytelling.

Data & Reporting Collaboration

  • Partner with Bloom AI's data ingestion and reporting teams to ensure data completeness, quality, and alignment with client KPIs.
  • Translate business questions into data requirements and support the development of automated dashboards and intelligence reports.
  • QA dashboards and outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
  • Help identify new intelligence opportunities based on digital activity signals (engagement scoring, channel lift analyses, content performance insights, etc.).

Internal Collaboration

  • Work with Product and Engineering to shape enhancements to our digital intelligence and reporting products.
  • Contribute to case studies, insights reports, and internal playbooks on digital analytics best practices.
  • Support the leadership team with insights for sales materials, pitches, and client use cases.

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience & Skills

  • 4-6 years of experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, performance insights, or customer analytics roles.
  • Strong understanding of multichannel marketing dataemail, web analytics, CRM, social, and paid media (experience in financial services is a plus).
  • Working knowledge of martech tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDPs, or campaign platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insight and insight into action.
  • Excellent data storytelling abilityclear, structured thinking with strong PowerPoint and narrative skills.
  • Comfort collaborating with data engineers and reporting developers; ability to translate business needs into data requirements.
  • Attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy.

Nice to have

  • Experience with enterprise clients (especially asset management, insurance, or fintech).
  • Exposure to SQL, Python, or BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
  • Understanding of AI-augmented reporting, marketing intelligence, or automation workflow
