Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Analyst Instructional Designer to join our KPMG Learning and Development organization. The individual should be prepared to work in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and frequent interactions with project team members.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with onshore (project managers, content leads) and offshore (programmers, graphic designers) teams to design and develop digital and classroom training programs
- Apply instructional design models and learning theories to develop effective learning content and activities
- Design and develop a variety of instructional materials, including instructor-led training, video storyboards, and e-learning content
- Convert classroom sessions into eLearning modules and vice versa, enabling a hybrid learning experience
- Create assessments to evaluate learners comprehension and application of knowledge
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all materials meet KPMG standards and brand guidelines
Qualifications
Educational qualifications
- Candidates should be Graduate or above
Work Experience
- 2- 4 years of experience in using a variety of techniques to develop engaging instructional content that also effectively address learner performance and business gaps
Required Qualification And Skills
- Experience in instructional design and learning content development lifecycle (content handover, content analysis, detailed content design, storyboarding, media
- sources, build, quality assurance, deployment)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong collaboration and project management skills
- Working knowledge of eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise and Storyline
- Ability to work with multiple project stakeholders and manage multiple projects concurrently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing learning solutions aligning with strategic business needs
- Deep understanding of instructional design models and learning theories
