Responsibilities

  • Fair understanding of Payments data & related activities. Thorough knowledge of activities managed in the value chain responsible
  • Knowledge of payment data tools & applications (Broadridge) including Data Flow between Referential & downstream impacts
  • Analysis of requests with logical thought process (apply process steps/procedures) and response to Requestors on timely basis
  • Arbitrate with the Requestor/Product Owners in case of requests requiring additional time/analysis/clarity
  • Effective business communication (written & oral). Keep clarity in terms of content, context and proposals (written communication) & fluency/confidence in case of oral communication
  • Take responsibility for the quality of work submitted and ensure that the highest standards are maintained
  • To ensure that BAU is processed as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Recognize sensitivity of mail and ensure to alert Managers in case of escalation /higher management looped in the mail
  • Maintain transparency in terms of utilization & availability
  • Adherence to the process and regular review/update of SOPs and policies related to the process as required
  • Active participation in the eWhiteboard/daily meetings
  • Conduct regular discussion in team and BO to understand the ongoing issues and provide solutions as per process.
  • Fair understanding of CI practices

Required

Profile required

  • Candidate must possess good interpersonal communication skill and should be a go getter.
  • The Candidate should have an excellent understanding of the investment banking system and preferably on trade and brokerage settlements.
  • Candidate must have analytical skills to understand and take a decision in resolving queries.
