Senior Analyst Collection Curation
Job Description - Role Responsibilities:
Deliver on aligned collection curation topics
- Conduct detailed internal and external research on topic for understanding of key trends, client issues, Deloitte footprint, related topics, and potential scope.
- Conduct detailed research, and analysis to identify topic trends which may impact Collection scope and own the development of competitive intelligence brief document by using internal portals and secondary/third-party research databases such as Factiva, Hoovers, OneSource, Thomson, and industry journals etc.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of aligned industry/business
- Demonstrate strong understanding of aligned topic and their specific terminologies to value add on deliverables and keep track of market trends of the aligned topics
- Curate and review topic aligned content from internal portals
- Prepare and review intermittent deliverables for covering current content counts; usage; freshness; gaps; experts
- Lead curator conversations to ensure accurate understanding of scope, manage expectations on available content and recommend actions in case of limited/unavailable content
- Lead targeted content acquisition efforts for Collection priorities
- Ensure content pertaining to Collections on the repositories and the web portal is tagged with proper metadata, taxonomy values for easy search and retrieval
- Contribute/edit/update various documents to aligned repositories
- Draft detailed description and abstract to effectively highlight the value of content
- Own Collections portal management
- Lead search analysis, identifying insights and trends for search optimizations - evaluate existing search terms and new potential search terms and/or topics/terms for scope discussions, and content acquisition priorities
- Lead content usage analysis using available metrics reports, identify gaps, trends, and determine content archival, acquisition and promotion strategies for Collections to share with curator to inform curation priorities
- Lead knowledge sharing through various communities of practice, micro-blogging tools and other collaboration spaces
- Demonstrate awareness of Knowledge management concepts and life cycle
- Collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on various project engagements
- Directly work with curators and global stakeholders to deliver projects
Project/ Process management
- Deliver error free deliverables and ensure timely completion of deliverables while coordinating with the pod
- Conduct quality reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior members
- Identify process enhancements opportunities towards improving efficiency and quality of deliverables
- Work with curator to plan and engage in activities for building and launching collection content
- Lead projects and assist junior members in project management activities including scoping, planning, resource mapping, work allocation, scheduling, and managing communications
- Demonstrate good teaming skills and negotiation abilities to manage project teams effectively
- Proactively highlight risks and opportunities to curators and team leads
- Identify process enhancements opportunities towards improving efficiency Have an overall business understanding & awareness of critical elements associated with the various collection lifecycle stages

Job Description Qualifications
Mandatory skills:
- Postgraduate / MBA with minimum 3 year of experience OR Graduate / Bachelors degree with more than 5 years of relevant experience
- Educational qualification in Business Administration, English Language, Mass Communication, Humanities, Library Sciences, Commerce, Information Systems or similar
- Experience in Secondary research
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of core capabilities skills as listed below
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of aligned Industry/Business/Topics and ability to sift through differing industry terms.
- Experience with secondary research skills - ability to synthesize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data and integrate into meaningful reports and recommendations
- Strong understanding of process improvement and operational excellence concepts
- Proficiency in understanding and utilizing GenAI tools
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Content Management platforms
- Demonstrate understanding of intranet social media tools
- Showcase strong understanding of content management life cycle, client confidentiality, taxonomy, search
- Detail-oriented to identify perform extensive content reviews
- Strong understanding of metrics and analytics interpretation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence appropriate outcome
- Attention to detail and delivers high quality deliverables
- Project mentor and train team members on business knowledge
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
- Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate
