Job Summary
The resource will work closely with our internal clients and databasetechnical platform team to automate data collection from source operationalsystems, aggregate and standardize the information in a data warehouse, anddevelop Tableau dashboards that leverage the warehouse to generatemeaningful client insights.
Service lines and regional points of contact will be provided to helpfacilitate interactions between clients and technology partners.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Creates, maintains and optimizes creative data visualizations and dashboardsto derive actionable intelligence.
- Performs ad-hoc, strategic analysis of structured and unstructured dataacross multiple data sources, reflecting global real estate markets and theoperations of real estate assets.
- Exhibits analytical rigor, judgment, and ability to present a comprehensive'data story to multiple levels of the organization.
- Defines data requirements, gathers and validates information, using judgmentand statistical tests.
- Develops data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, cleanse, andstandardize data in order to generate insights and addresses reporting needs.
- Identifies and troubleshoots data integration and integrity issues incooperation with the appropriate CBRE business units; Designs workflows andprocedures.
- Provide subject matter expertise on data-related processes and analyses.
- Identifies opportunities to maximize data usage, applying modelling andoptimization methods to develop new strategies and improve businessperformance.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent data management, manipulation, and analysis skills.
- Highly skilled in dashboard design and development. Intermediate to advancedTableau skills are required.
- Ability to create integrated data models from disparate sources.
- Proficiency in applying AI and machine learning concepts to businessproblems, including working with AI-generated outputs, prompt engineering, andevaluating model recommendations for business decision-making. (ChatGPT/CoPilot/ Claude)
Other Skills & Abilities
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational andanalytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteousservice to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
- Experience with Tableau preferred. Experience with one or more of the marketleading visualization tools required.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Products, particularly Excel
- Exposure to Salesforce.com preferred butnot required.
- Experience in machine learning or statistical analysis preferred.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solveproblems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediateanalytical and quantitative skills.
- Working knowledge of commercial real estate company operations desirable butnot required.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to respond to changing and sometimes ambiguoussituations.
