Senior Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Process and clean raw data from multiple sources to prepare it for analysis.
• Use statistical tools such as SPSS and Quantum to analyze and interpret data.
• Collaborate with researchers and project managers to understand data requirements and objectives.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all processing stages.
• Develop and maintain data processing workflows, standards, and documentation.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies and quality issues.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data processing and market research.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in data processing and analysis within the market research domain.
• Proficiency in statistical tools such as SPSS and Quantum.
• Good understanding of data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance techniques.
• Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret requirements.
• Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation and communication skills for reporting insights and maintaining workflows.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
