Senior Analyst

Job Summary:

The role involves comprehensive legal and financial oversight for fund structuring, investor allocation, and documentation review. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing and setting up complex fund structures, ensuring accurate investor allocations, calculating management/incentive fees, and maintaining compliance with legal agreements. This is a detail-focused role requiring close collaboration with legal, operations, and tech teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review legal documents including LPAs, PPMs, and Fee Agreements
• Set up legal entities, investors, classes, series, and deal partitions based on legal document analysis
• Analyze and configure P&L allocation logic and fund fee structures (management and incentive fees)
• Manage investor capital transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, distributions, and drawdowns
• Track and report investor commitments, funded/unfunded capital
• Allocate P&L and expenses across different fund structures and investor levels
• Generate fund and investor NAV and capital roll reports independently
• Compute estimated and final fund returns (Gross, Net, IRRs)
• Reconcile investor-level NAV components with administrators and support break resolution
• Collaborate with clients and internal product/tech teams for business functionality development and reporting
• Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in special projects or custom reporting
• Interact with clients to ensure delivery quality and address queries
