Dynamic Yield's Services Data & Productivity Engineering team is seeking a Senior Analyst, Automation/Data Engineering. This role is critical for driving world-class operations at the heart of our product development, delivery, and support. You'll contribute to a comprehensive process improvement strategy, focusing on scaling for future growth by enhancing quality and efficiency across the Services division through identifying and developing business process automation solutions.
Role
- Automation Solution Design & Management:Manage complex resolutions and design and develop automation solutions to complex problems.
- Contribute to the ongoing incubation of new low-code applications.
- Project Coordination & Reporting:Manage the overall coordination, status reporting, schedules, and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
- Ensure project goals and objectives are met within agreed-upon time, scope, and resource requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes.
- Regularly communicate project deliverable status to senior management and interact with stakeholders to set and manage expectations.
- Process Optimization & Improvement:Consult on new products, processes, standards, or plans in support of the Merchant Offers business.
- Optimize business processes to achieve more efficient results, including establishing standard processes and best practices.
- Translate customer needs into process improvement objectives and establish/coordinate an implementation plan.
- Communicate process issues or updates to stakeholders and assess and recommend opportunities for improvement.
All About You
- Technical Proficiency:Working knowledge of analytics applications (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, Qlik).
- Working knowledge of database tools (e.g., MS SQL Server, pgAdmin, Eclipse, Toad).
- Experience leveraging APIs for data retrieval/upload (e.g., Postman).
- Process Improvement & Business Acumen:Experience applying business process mapping to identify redesign opportunities and contribute to improvement initiatives.
- Applies knowledge of current business processes and products to maintain and enhance existing solutions.
- Communication & Collaboration:Experience creating and delivering presentations for internal learning, training events, and/or business discussions.
- Experience working in cross-functional and large projects.
