What You'll Champion
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide leadership visibility on key business and operational KPIs.
- Analyze internal and external data to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead market, industry, and competitive intelligence initiatives to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Support business planning, operational reviews, and performance management through data-driven analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities, drive execution, and achieve business objectives.
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive process excellence by identifying operational inefficiencies, standardizing workflows, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure data governance, reporting accuracy, and automation of reporting processes to enhance efficiency and decision-making
Requirements
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with business acumen.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Bias for action and ability to deliver insights under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and ability to present complex data clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- 1-4 years of experience in BI, analytics, or market research roles
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related field from a Top Tier institution; MBA is a plus.
- Familiarity with R/Python and exposure to financial services domain is desirable.
