Summary

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Analyst with 3–6 years of experience in Application Support, L2 Support, SharePoint Administration, Microsoft 365 Administration, ServiceNow reporting, Major Incident Management, Power Platform support, Azure AD / Entra ID, and ITIL-based ITSM processes. The role will support global applications and collaboration platforms, with primary responsibility for SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013, SharePoint-based applications, SPFx components, Microsoft 365 services, incident management, service request fulfilment, problem management, and operational reporting.

Expected to have strong technical support experience across SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Azure AD / Entra ID, ServiceNow, and Power Platform, along with experience in technical documentation, stakeholder communication, knowledge management, and support operations. Exposure to customer service practices is good to have.

Work you'll do

As a Services Specialist, IT Services on the team, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide Level 2 support for global applications and collaboration platforms, with a focus on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Administer and support SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013, and SharePoint-based applications, including site configuration, permissions, lists, libraries, metadata, and governance controls.
  • Support SPFx components and Power Platform solutions, including troubleshooting issues and coordinating with development teams on deployments and fixes.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and major incidents in alignment with ITIL-based ITSM processes, including stakeholder updates and post-incident follow-up.
  • Produce operational documentation and ServiceNow reporting to support knowledge management, service performance tracking, and continuous improvement.

The team

You will be part of a team that supports enterprise applications and collaboration platforms used by global stakeholders across Deloitte. The team focuses on stable operations, timely issue resolution, platform administration, and continuous service improvement across SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and adjacent technologies.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-6 years of experience in application support, SharePoint support, Microsoft 365 support, or IT support operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; alternatively, a college diploma with equivalent industry experience
  • Experience administering SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013, and SharePoint-based applications, including site collections, permissions, lists, libraries, content types, metadata, and governance controls
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, user administration, and license administration
  • Experience with ServiceNow reporting, dashboard creation, ticket analysis, service level agreement tracking, key performance indicator reporting, and backlog reporting
  • Experience managing incidents, problem tickets, and major incidents within Information Technology Infrastructure Library or Information Technology Service Management processes
  • Working knowledge of SPFx, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 integrations

Preferred:

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Experience with SQL basics, database fundamentals, Windows Server administration, or networking
  • Experience creating standard operating procedures, runbooks, escalation matrices, knowledge articles, or user guides
  • Experience supporting global stakeholders, distributed teams, or rotational support models
