Job Description

The Senior Analyst/Analyst – Instructional Design will support the design of high-impact learning and leadership programs. The role focuses on research-backed instructional structuring, learning asset creation, and quality assurance. Working closely with senior designers and business stakeholders, this role will contribute to building engaging, outcome-driven learning experiences aligned with adult learning principles and business objectives. 

This position is execution-focused with growing ownership at the Senior Analyst/Analyst level.

Responsibilities: 

1. Instructional Design & Content Designing

  • Apply the ADDIE framework (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) in designing structured learning content for leadership and behavioral competency programs (e.g., performance management, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, change leadership).
  • Develop instructional storyboards, scripts, and content outlines for digital and blended learning programs.
  • Contribute to e-learning and microlearning development, including scenario-based learning, assessments, and interactive elements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams or vendors on digital module production and quality review.
  • Ensure learning assets align with instructional goals, learner engagement, and program outcomes.
  • Translate raw inputs, SME discussions, and client briefs into structured learning journeys, storyboards, facilitator guides, and participant materials.
  • Design interactive learning tools including case studies, simulations, role-plays, assessments, reflection exercises, and reinforcement assets.
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks to ensure engagement and retention.
  • Review and refine content for clarity, flow, tone, and alignment with learning objectives.

2. Learning Asset Management & Quality Control

  • Maintain structured repositories of learning materials and program assets.
  • Track content revisions and ensure version control.
  • Ensure consistency in templates, formatting, brand alignment, and instructional standards.
  • Support evaluation of content effectiveness using participant feedback and engagement data.

3. Stakeholder & Project Coordination

  • Collaborate with instructional designers, facilitators, sales teams, and subject matter experts.
  • Support preparation of presentation decks, concept notes, and sample modules for client discussions.
  • Assist in tracking timelines, deliverables, and content milestones.
  • Participate in internal reviews and design discussions.

  1. Technical Accumen
  • Design social media posts, collaterals, and decks in Canva AI, MS-Office and other designing tools
  • Create e-learning assets and SCORM packages using Articulate, Rise or Storyline
  • Create and edit videos using Adobe, Vyond, DaVinciResolve or similar tools

Qualifications: 

• Senior Analyst: 2–3 years of experience in instructional design, content development, learning research, or related roles.

• Bachelor's degree in communications, English, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.

• Strong writing, editing, and structuring skills.

• Sound understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design basics.

• Strong research and analytical capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with e-learning authoring tools is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables.

• Interest in leadership development, behavioural science, and learning innovation.
