AI Strategic Growth Market Front-end Developer (Senior Analyst)
What You'll Be Doing:
The Artificial Intelligence Strategic Growth Market (AI SGM) is looking for a front-end developer to help create customized immersive experiences for strategic pursuits to showcase Deloitte's AI-fueled assets and insights, to further differentiate our capabilities with clients
Specific activities to include:
- Develop Innovative Pursuit Assets:
- Develop rich user interfaces/dashboards consuming AI data
- Provide optimized solutions for requirements using latest front-end technologies
- Use data visualization libraries for visual representation of complex data
- Develop memorable/creative, reusable assets for use across pursuits
- Develop prototypes that can be rapidly tailored
- Provide Asset/Platform Expertise:
- Serve as the primary UI developer on the team, demonstrating strong proficiency in techniques and methodologies around responsive design and development
- Act as a SME on Deloitte and vendor assets and platforms and actively engage with pursuit team in client discussion as needed
- Serve as a development engineer providing expertise for pursuits/ engagements (e.g., integrating AI assets and platforms with the client's technical environment)
- Collaborate with Account Teams:
- Advise account teams regarding the technical approach of the response by supporting development of the solution description and usage and composition of assets within a solution
What You'll Bring to the Table:
We are seeking a resource with strong technical background and following attributes:
- Top performer in peer group
- Strong track record working in fast-paced, high-volume roles that require adapting quickly to evolving priorities
- Self-starter and quick learner (candidates must be self-motivated and able to operate independently and produce high-quality work in a virtual environment)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) and ability to communicate and work effectively with firm leaders
- Proficient in leveraging AI-first development environments (Codex, Claude code, etc.) and managing agentic workflows to accelerate SDLC
- Tech Skills:
- HTML5 and CSS3, JavaScript, AJAX
- Experience with server-side scripting languages (PHP, Python, Ruby, etc.)
- Familiarity with REST API design and implementation
- Git
- Experience with visualization libraries like D3.js
Qualifications
- 3 6 years of professional experience in product development.
- Professional qualification:
- Master's degree in computer science/ information technology/ computer engineering or related field
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence, automation, semantic analytics, visualization technologies is a plus
Work Location: Hyderabad
Work Timings: 11am to 8pm
