Wolters Kluwer isseekinga motivated and talented professional as an Xactly COE Administrator to join a newly created Incentive Compensation & Planning COE. The COEwill support 5 core divisions, approximately 55 subsidiaries, and 3,000+ sellers across 140+ countries. The COE will partner with the various Divisions & Business Units whileremaininga strong partner to the Sales Transformation team within the Corporate Strategy, Innovation, and M&A Group.
In this role, you will have an exciting opportunity toestablishoperational processesthat align to best practice and support a COE team that administers 8 different Xactly instances for approx. 500 commission plans and consumes90+ data inputs. The opportunity to deliver efficiency across the organization is unparalleled, and the COE's administration teamispositioned to reimagine how weoperate. You will partner with other COEAdministrators to apply governing practices to the operational processes of commission calculations, oversee and partner with the business on monthly approvals, oversee multiple workflows, and be the face of commission to therespectiveSales team(s).
Responsibilities:
Serve asa leadadministrator for the Xactly Incent platform.
Configure,maintain, and enhance Xactly to support changing compensation plans, rules, and organizational structures.
Manage/supportsystem upgrades, enhancements, and new feature implementations.
Design andmaintaindashboards and reports using Xactly and/orotherexternal toolsasneeded.
Ensureaccurateandtimelyadministration of incentive compensation plans.
Manage dataintegrationdelivery & accuracybetween Xactly andotherinternal systems(e.g.CRM, ERP, HRM).
Monitor and audit data quality, system performance, and calculation accuracy.
Maintain detailed documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Partnerwithcross-functional teams (e.g.Sales Ops, Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Xactly COE)to align policy, process,calculation,and system changes.
Function as a liaison between business units and technical teams for configuration and process improvements.
Process Optimization:Provide actionable recommendations tooptimizesales processes and improve efficiency.
Provide end-user support through issue resolution, training, and development of user documentation/job aids.
Coach and mentor internal teams on Xactly best practices.
Skills & Experiences:
3-5+ years in Sales Comp related responsibilities with knowledge of multiple ICM Platforms
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field
Xactly Administrator and Plan Configuration Certification(s), or ability to obtain after onboarding.
Proven experience in sales compensation administration, governance, and/or technical design, with an understanding of compensation methodologies and functionalbest practices.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate insightful analytics from complex data.
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across various teams.
Experience managing and/or dispositioning incentive compensation related disputes &inquiriesor ability to interpret challenges from the sales organization and synthesize challenges while considering policies and processes.
Ability toidentifyroot causes of common disputes/inquiries or other related challenges, then recommending/delivering process/policy/technology changes thatstrengthensoperational excellence.
Experience managing document templates (i.e.Comp Plans & incentives) andexecuting forannual transitions, new hires, and role transfers.
Proven experience calculating commissions and generating payroll submission files.
Experience overseeing the Review process of commission calculation results obtaining approvals as neededandremainingfocused on fulfilling Payroll submissionrequirements.
Ability to think strategically while considering tactical implications.
Strong experience with PowerPoint and Excel
Coding: SQL (beginner to intermediate)

Certifications from other ICM systems (i.e.Varicent, SAP-Callidus)
