Senior Analyst

Summary:

Analysis and interpretation of data for Business Performance Management purposes, including presentation suggestions. Work closely with market teams, Group Strategy, Business Development, Central Performance and Reward, and Investor Relations teams. Input to coordination of an effective financial planning process that achieves business commitment to stretching performance improvement goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise and support market teams.
• Support an effective financial planning and target setting process.
• Contribute to insightful analyses distributed to stakeholders.
• Provide ad hoc analysis necessary for Executive Board and other senior stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of competitor analysis to drive focus on outperforming competitors.
• Support Executive reward and bonus processes from a finance perspective.
• Ensure day-to-day work aligns with appropriate standards and practices.

Required Skills:

• Experience in financial reporting.
• Excellent business English knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Education & Qualifications:

• Master's or bachelor's degree in accounting or certified accountant qualification.
• At least 2-3 years of experience, ideally within FMCG or SSC environment.
