Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End HR Operations

  • Manage the complete Hire to Retire lifecycle, including onboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, internal transfers, and exits.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and reports.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to regional employment laws, HR policies, and company guidelines for US and Canada.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and process documentation.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a point of contact for employees, HRBPs, and business stakeholders for HR-related queries.
  • Communicate effectively and manage stakeholder expectations.

Process Improvement

  • Drive initiatives to improve HR processes and operational excellence within HR shared services.
