Purpose
Adani Airport City is developing Hospitality led Mixed Use Real Estate Airport Cities constituting Retail, Office, Hotels and Convention Centres across various cities – Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Guwahati spanning over 22 Mn. Sft in the initial Phases
We are seeking an experienced DGM/AGM – CEO Office to join our Adani Airport City team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 12-14 years of experience in the industry and possess a strong skill set in Business analytics.
Experience
- 12-14 years of experience preferably in the Real Estate industry.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Candidate Will Be Responsible For
- Analyzing comprehensive business and financial models, presentations to support business & investment decisions and strategic planning.
- Overseeing post-project financial analysis, including cost management, revenue tracking, and profitability assessments.
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, gathering relevant market intelligence to support decision-making.
- Scheduling, organizing, and conducting meetings. Preparing the MOMs and ensuring follow-ups on the action items
- Coordinating with senior management and stakeholders. Providing updates and aligning tasks using tools like Microsoft Planner and MIS trackers
- Handling NFA approvals. Conducting a preassessment of NFAs, both financial and qualitative
- Working with the CEO to create and manage MIS trackers for project and business performance.

- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and excel skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Technical Skills
- Excellence in preparing notes, executive summaries and financial analysis for management review and decision making.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as MS Planner, MS Excel and Powerpoint, etc.
- Thorough understanding of SOP/process in the industry and the ability to recommend and implement on projects.
Non-Negotiable Skills
- Must be a BE or B Tech Civil or Mechanical from Premier Institutes
- Must have financial acumen with Business Analytical skills
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills
