Senior Analyst – Accounts Payable

Duration - 12 months

Job Summary:

Support Accounts Payables (AP) activities, consisting of payments processing, employees claim reimbursements, month-end close and reporting.

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Process monthly vendor payments & employee claim reimbursements, including compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
• Support month-end AP close, journal entries, accruals, AP aging & reconciliation schedules
• Coordinate payments to vendors & employees and minimize overdue payments
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Key Measuring Parameters:

• Relevant experience in Accounts Payables or Finance.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and accrual accounting.
• Proficient in SAP, ARIBA, Concur, Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and stakeholder management capabilities

Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent with an accredited university/college

Relevant Experience

4-5 years of experience

Language/Skills

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

·      Familiar with SAP, ARIBA, Concur systems

· Good command of English
