Mandatory:-
Relevant financial experience of 7-10 years in an international and/or complex environment, with a proven broad knowledge of financial practices and procedures
Direct track record and experience in role purpose and accountabilities
- Month-End/Year-End Close: Manage the timely and accurate completion of revenue closing activities, including revenue accrual journal entries, ad-hoc accruals, reversals etc. Excellent communication, verbal, problem solving and written skills
- .Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Perform, review, and maintain complex balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance having big data set of accounts e.g. Unbilled Revenue, Deferred Revenue, Revenue Provisions, Revenue Debtors and other related accounts
- .Understanding of Revenue Recognition – Should be well versed with revenue recognition and its principles which lead to further maintaining of the revenue related accounts
- .Financial Reporting & Analysis: Preparation & review of monthly MIS reports, financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet), and perform flux/variance analysi
- sCompliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to IFRS compliance, internal financial controls, and support internal/external statutory audit
- sStakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AP, AR, Billing, CFMs) and provide insights to senior managemen
- tGood presentation and soft behavioral skills to present the task
- sClient Management & Project Handling
- Transition of Processes and implementation of new required process changes wherever require

Qualifications
- MBA/CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent in India, 7-10 years experience
- Excellent MS office skills especially Advance Excel, Access, Power Point
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent financial system knowledge and financial reporting
- Identifies and pro-actively pursues opportunities for improvement
