As part of the Expense Reporting team, you'll collaborate with the COO's office, CFO's office, business leaders, and portfolio managers to deliver meaningful financial analysis that supports critical business decisions. Beyond reporting, you'll help improve processes through automation, analytics, and AI-driven solutions while managing high-impact cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

The Opportunity

• Deliver firm-wide expense reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Build meaningful expense and profitability models for senior management.
• Drive automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and scalability.
• Partner with technology teams to develop reporting and analytics solutions.
• Support strategic decision-making through data-driven financial insights.
• Manage cross-functional projects impacting financial reporting and operational processes.

We're looking for finance professionals with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for solving complex business challenges. You'll be comfortable working with large datasets, presenting executive-ready insights, and leading projects involving multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Experience, Ability And Knowledge:

• 3–7 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Expense Reporting, Financial Analysis, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and financial modeling.
• Experience working with large datasets and translating financial information into business insights.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications, Licenses And Academic Achievements

• MBA in Finance
• Additional certifications in Finance, Analytics, or Data Visualization are advantageous.
