* Compensation: Based on experience, interview, Last drawn and skills (paid monthly via Pare).

About the Role-

* We are hiring experienced Senior Amazon Ads Manager to join Pare — a curated pool of elite advertising specialists trusted by top-tier partner brands and agencies across the globe.

* Once you pass our multi-step vetting process, our clients can directly book interviews or make offers, and we handle all placement paperwork and payroll.

What You'll Do-

* Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD, SBV, DSP)

* Conduct troubleshooting audits and bid strategy fixes

* Work with basic product upload workflows (images, content sync)

* Monitor performance KPIs like ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CVR

* Communicate with clients asynchronously or on weekly calls

Requirements-

* 4+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising

* Strong command of Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC, and campaign analytics

* Good working knowledge of basic catalog operations

* Confidence using bulk sheets and campaign manager dashboards

* Fast internet and stable WiFi connection

* Good-quality webcam and microphone (all interviews are recorded)

* Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones
