About the Role

We are hiring experienced Senior Amazon Ads Manager to join Pare a curated pool of elite advertising specialists trusted by top-tier partner brands and agencies across the globe.

Once you pass our multi-step vetting process, our clients can directly book interviews or make offers, and we handle all placement paperwork and payroll.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD, SBV, DSP)
• Conduct troubleshooting audits and bid strategy fixes
• Work with basic product upload workflows (images, content sync)
• Monitor performance KPIs like ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, CVR
• Communicate with clients asynchronously or on weekly calls

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising
• Strong command of Sponsored Ads, DSP, AMC, and campaign analytics
• Good working knowledge of basic catalog operations
• Confidence using bulk sheets and campaign manager dashboards
• Fast internet and stable WiFi connection
• Good-quality webcam and microphone (all interviews are recorded)
• Comfortable working remotely across multiple time zones
