NCSi is seeking a highly skilled AI Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence to develop innovative solutions that enhance our product offerings and drive business growth. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing machine learning models and algorithms, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate these solutions into real-world applications. Your ability to analyze complex datasets and develop predictive models will be key to the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to clean and prepare datasets for model training.
- Evaluate and fine-tune model performance using various metrics and techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in machine learning and AI technologies, and apply best practices in your work.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R, with solid experience in data manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying machine learning models.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Tableau, or Power BI) to communicate insights effectively.
- Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred.
