Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative AI and ML models to solve complex business problems.
- Design and build scalable AI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks/libraries (Flask API, Fast API, Pandas, Scikit Learn, PyTorch, Transformer, OpenAI, Hugging face).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct research and development to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored AI solutions. Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Ensure continuous learning and development to keep up with the fast-paced AI industry.
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI models and solutions to meet business needs.
Key Skills And Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI/ML/DS project development.
- Good understanding of ML models, Deep Learning, NLP/CV, and Generative AI concepts, Agentic AI concepts.
- Good understanding of LLMs & NLP.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapid prototyping.
- Experience with client engagement and leading teams is a plus.
- Proven track record in building products/solutions using cutting-edge AI models and tools.
- Ability to conduct quick R&D and continuously upscale and upskill.
