We are seeking experienced Senior AI Technical Trainers to join a global enterprise enablement programme delivered on behalf of OpenAI, supporting some of the world's largest organisations as they adopt the latest Generative AI technologies.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside OpenAI, delivering technical training, hands-on workshops and practical AI enablement to enterprise customers and strategic technology partners.

This is not a software engineering role. Instead, you'll become the trusted technical expert in the room helping developers, solution architects, consultants and business leaders understand, adopt and confidently build with modern AI technologies.

Who You'll Support:

In this role you will support OpenAI's enterprise and partner enablement efforts across India. Your audiences will span the organisations OpenAI works with, including developers, solution architects, technical consultants, engineers, and business and executive stakeholders. You'll work alongside OpenAI programme leadership, VMS Group APAC, and regional and global enablement teams to deliver a consistent, world class learning experience, and to help participants build confidently with OpenAI's technology.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver instructor-led workshops, bootcamps and technical training sessions for enterprise customers across Mumbai, India.
• Facilitate hands-on labs covering Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents and API-based development.
• Guide developers, solution architects and technical consultants through practical AI implementation scenarios.
• Explain complex AI concepts in a clear, engaging and business focused way for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support enterprise customers as they build confidence in adopting modern AI technologies.
• Troubleshoot participant questions and technical issues during live workshops.
• Represent OpenAI with professionalism, technical expertise and customer focus.
• Collaborate with regional and global programme teams to deliver a world-class learning experience.

You'll have experience across several of the following areas:

• Generative AI platforms and ecosystems
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Prompt Engineering
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI Agents and Agentic Workflows
• APIs, SDKs and developer tools
• Python or JavaScript
• AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
• Delivering technical workshops, presentations or customer enablement programmes

Most importantly, you're passionate about helping others learn. You enjoy presenting, simplifying complex technical concepts, and engaging audiences ranging from software engineers through to business and executive stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Professional English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering technical training, workshops, demonstrations or customer enablement programmes.
• Strong facilitation and customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to lead hands-on technical labs and troubleshoot participant issues in real time.
• Valid working rights in India.
• Willingness to travel within India as required.
