Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer / Tech Lead with 5+ years of experience and

strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI systems.

This is a hands-on, AI-first role focused on building LLM-powered applications, intelligent

agents, and enterprise AI solutions. You will contribute to architecture, development, and

deployment of cutting-edge AI systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

AI/GenAI Development

• Design and develop LLM-based applications using modern AI frameworks

• Implement:

o Prompt engineering

o RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

o Context-aware AI systems

• Work with tools like:

o LangChain / LlamaIndex

o OpenAI / open-source LLMs

Agentic AI Systems

• Build and manage AI agents and multi-agent workflows

• Develop autonomous systems for:

o Conversational AI

o AI copilots

o Workflow automation

• Work on frameworks like:

o AutoGen / CrewAI / Semantic Kernel

AI Engineering & Deployment

• Deploy AI solutions into production environments

• Build pipelines with:

o CI/CD for AI applications

o LLMOps / MLOps practices

• Ensure scalability using:

o Docker & Kubernetes

o API-based model integration

Cloud & Data Integration

• Work with cloud platforms:

o AWS / GCP / Azure

• Integrate AI with:

o Vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)

o Enterprise data systems

Collaboration & Ownership

• Work closely with product, business, and engineering teams

• Take ownership of end-to-end AI solution delivery

• Mentor junior engineers (if applicable).

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML with strong hands-on coding

• Proven experience in:

o Generative AI / LLMs

o RAG architectures

o Agentic AI frameworks

• Strong programming skills in Python

• Hands-on with:

o LangChain / LlamaIndex or similar

o Vector databases & embeddings

• Experience in deploying AI applications in production

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Good to Have

• Experience in LLM fine-tuning (LoRA, PEFT)

• Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)

• Exposure to real-time AI systems

• Understanding of knowledge graphs
