Amotion delivers AI solutions to enterprise clients across Middle East, India and Southeast Asia. This role owns the end-to-end delivery of AI projects by managing our vendor network, translating client business requirements into technical specifications, and ensuring projects ship on time, on scope, and on budget.
Beyond delivery management, this role is responsible for building our internal AI delivery capabilityprogressively reducing vendor dependency by hiring, training, and upskilling an in-house team that can take on increasingly complex project work directly.
You will sit at the intersection of client-facing pre-sales support, technical delivery execution, and organizational capability building.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Requirements ManagementEngage directly with enterprise clients to understand business problems, use cases, and success criteria
Translate client requirements and expectations into structured technical specifications, solution architectures, and scoping documents that vendors and internal teams can execute against
Manage client expectations on timelines, deliverables, and technical feasibility
Support pre-sales activities by providing technical credibility and effort estimates during deal shaping
Vendor & Delivery ManagementOwn the selection, onboarding, and performance management of AX's AI delivery vendors
Define clear SOWs, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones for each vendor engagement
Run project governancestandups, milestone reviews, escalation managementacross multiple concurrent projects
Ensure vendor output meets AX quality standards and client expectations before delivery
Technical Translation & OversightMaintain working knowledge of AI/ML solution patterns: conversational AI, document intelligence, predictive analytics, copilot/agent architectures, and data platform modernization etc.
Review vendor-proposed architectures and technical approaches for feasibility and alignment with client needs
Understand Hyperscaler AI services, LLM integrations, Copilot stack, and SAP AI capabilities sufficiently to bridge business and technical conversations
Identify technical risks early and drive mitigation with vendors and internal teams
Internal Capability BuildingAssess current internal team skills against project demand patterns and identify critical capability gaps
Design and execute a structured upskilling roadmapcovering AI/ML fundamentals, Hyperscaler AI services, prompt engineering, and solution architectureto enable internal teams to progressively take over delivery from vendors
Define role profiles and hiring requirements for building a lean internal AI delivery bench
Create reusable delivery assets: project templates, technical spec frameworks, solution accelerators, and QA checklists that codify delivery knowledge internally
Establish a vendor-to-internal handoff modelwhere vendors initially lead, then co-deliver, then support while internal teams take the lead
Implement a train-the-trainer model where vendor engagements include explicit knowledge transfer to internal staff
Required Qualifications5+ years in IT services delivery, solution delivery management, or technical project managementpreferably in AI, data, or cloud domains
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Experience managing third-party vendors or offshore/nearshore delivery teams
Working fluency in AI/ML concepts: LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings, prompt engineering, data pipelines
Familiarity with Hyperscaler (Cloud) ecosystem
Strong client-facing communication skills in enterprise B2B contexts
Experience building or scaling delivery teamshiring, training, and mentoring technical staff in services environments
Track record of creating structured knowledge transfer or upskilling programs
Preferred QualificationsExperience in the Microsoft partner ecosystem or working with Microsoft-sourced pipeline
Exposure to SAP integration projects or ERP modernization
Background in pre-sales or solution consulting alongside delivery
PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications
What Success Looks LikeAt 90 DaysIndependently managing 35 concurrent AI projects from requirements through delivery
Completed an internal skills audit and presented a capability-building roadmap with clear milestones for reducing vendor dependency
Client-facing without supervisionrunning status calls, managing escalations, presenting deliverables
Identified and begun onboarding at least 12 internal hires or upskilling candidates into AI delivery workflows
At 6 MonthsInternal delivery playbooks and templates are operational and being used across projects
A functioning train-the-trainer model where vendor engagements include explicit knowledge transfer to internal staff
Vendor bench is curated and tieredstrategic partners for complex work, internal team handling standard implementations
Expected CTC - INR 25L to 30 L per annum
