Senior AI Product Manager

About The Team
The FIS AI Technology Hub builds and operates the enterprise AI platform used across all FIS product lines. The team develops standardized AI models, reusable agents, and the enterprise AI platform and marketplace. The Hub enables AI development, partnering with engineering, architecture, governance, and portfolio teams worldwide to accelerate responsible AI adoption and enterprise‑wide reuse. Based between the US, UK, and India, the team is more than 100 strong, and committed to delivering value for FIS through AI.
What You Will Be Doing
- Acts as trusted partner to Head of AI PM on AI product prioritization decisions
- Design AI product strategy across the full portfolio platform, client-facing AI, and internal enterprise AI
- Drives the AI PM operating model — how product, engineering, and data science work together
- Leads discovery and definition for net-new AI capabilities
- Partners and presents at global AI product reviews, strategy cycles, and cross-regional planning forums
- Builds model evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, safety, bias, latency, business value, and regulatory explainability
- Identifies and incubates emerging AI opportunities agentic workflows, LLM-native products, AI-first fintech features
- Establishes AI PM craft standards and mentors more junior PMs

- Sets strategy that others execute; shapes the roadmap before it is formally commissioned
- Earns trust with AI engineers through genuine technical depth, not just coordination fluency
- Operates effectively and moves fast on strategic intent without needing every decision validated
- Creates clarity from first principles in ambiguous, fast-moving AI domains
- Influences global product decisions using data and framing, not hierarchy
What You Bring
- 10–16 years total experience; 5–8 years owning AI/ML products end-to-end (not just coordinating)
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in AI/ML technology
- Strong understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, evaluation methods and platform architecture
- Has operated across at least two of three streams platform, fintech AI, or enterprise AI
- Track record of influencing product direction without formal authority across geographies
- Prior GCC, distributed team, or cross-regional leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience navigating responsible AI and regulatory requirements (especially in fintech or regulated industries)
Key Qualifications
- Cross-portfolio AI product strategy (platform + fintech + enterprise simultaneously)
- GenAI / LLM product leadership — shipped LLM-native or GenAI-augmented products to production
- Fintech AI Commercial Banking, Payments, risk, or relationship management product experience
- Platform product thinking — can reason about API design, model serving, and developer experience
- Enterprise AI automation — internal use-case identification and ROI framing
- Model evaluation frameworks — accuracy, safety, bias, latency, and regulatory explainability
- Responsible AI and governance in regulated industry contexts
- Cross-regional influence — India-US or similar distributed operating experience
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with delivery teams and senior stakeholders across technical and business functions at FIS
- In-depth knowledge of FIS (or similar competitor) products, services, and business operations practices
