About Libra AI

- We've closed a $1mn pre-seed to build Libra AI, an agentic work OS: a platform that connects 250+ enterprise tools and uses AI agents to automate workflows across HR, finance, sales, and operations

- We're in soft launch, and are scaling our founding team out of Bengaluru

- At least 2 years of proper product management experience (ideally 3-6yrs)

- You're fairly technical and have enough AI exposure to understand how AI orchestration works

- You have a keen eye for detail and understand aesthetics

- You understandPLG (hopefully have seen it first hand)

The Role

- We're looking for an AI Product Manager to own the product lifecycle for Libra's agentic workflows

- You'll sit at the intersection of our AI/ML stack, engineering, and go-to-market, translating user problems into shipped product that actually works

- This is a full-time role based in Bengaluru (HSR Layout). We're open to hybrid with 4+ days in office

What You'll Do

- Own the product roadmap for core agentic capabilities: scoping, prioritizing, and shipping features end-to-end

- Define specs for AI-powered workflows (multi-step agent pipelines, semantic search, integration orchestration) in close collaboration with engineering

- Drive execution rigor: unblock engineers, keep timelines honest, cut scope when needed

- Run rapid iteration cycles: ship, measure, learn, repeat. You define what success looks like and hold yourself accountable to it

- Work directly with early customers and design partners to validate what we're building, and run user discovery to shape the roadmap

- Coordinate across engineering, design, and GTM to ensure launches land cleanly

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2+ years in product management, ideally with AI/ML or developer tools experience

- You've shipped product, not just managed backlogs. You know the difference

- Strong technical intuition: comfortable discussing LLM architectures, API design, and agent orchestration patterns

- Familiarity with agentic AI patterns: tool use, multi-step reasoning, retrieval-augmented generation

- Bias toward speed and clarity over process and perfection

- Excellent written communication. You write crisp specs, not slide decks

- Startup DNA: you thrive with ambiguity, small teams, and high ownership, and move extremely fast through iterations without compromising on quality

- Power user of tools like Lovable and Claude Code to quickly prototype and validate ideas

Nice to Have

- Experience with enterprise SaaS or workflow automation platforms

- Background in any of Libra's core domains: HR, finance, sales ops

- Experience defining and running experiments with clear success metrics
