Senior AI Platform Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop platform services forcontainerized model training,distributed computing,artifact management, anddeployment automation.
• Build and maintain infrastructure that ensuresscalability, reproducibility, and securityof AI workflows across various environments.
• ImplementCI/CD pipelines, observability frameworks, and developer tools to support multiple AI teams efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding data scientists, ML engineers, architects, and developersto deliver essential platform features.
• Championautomation, enforce performance and security best practices, and drive operational reliability across platform services.
• Providetechnical mentorshipand contribute to long-termarchitecture and platform strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements incloud infrastructure,AI/ML tooling, andplatform engineering trends.

Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ yearsof experience in software or platform engineering, including at least3 yearsworking on infrastructure for data or AI systems.
• Demonstrated experience building infrastructure onGCP or AWS(GCP preferred).
• Proficiency inPython,Go, orJavaScript, with a focus on developingscalable and secure backend services.
• Strong knowledge ofcontainer orchestration(e.g., Kubernetes),serverless technologies, andInfrastructure as Codetools like Terraform.
• Hands-on experience withdata processing frameworks(e.g., Spark) andworkflow orchestration tools(e.g., Airflow).
• Deep understanding ofCI/CD workflows,version control systems(e.g., Git), and modernmonitoring/logging stacks(e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
