Role Overview:

We are hiring a Senior AI/ML & Gen AI Engineer with expertise in AWS Bedrock, AWS Nova, LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI architectures. This role will focus on AI model development, MLOps, Gen AI solutions, and AI-first innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work on PoCs, accelerators, and AI-driven solutions while mentoring freshers and contributing to the growth of our AI practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models, LLM-based applications, and RAG architectures
• Design AI-powered accelerators, PoCs, and reusable ML pipelines
• Build multi-cloud AI/ML solutions using AWS Bedrock, AWS Nova, Azure ML, and Vertex AI
• Contribute to AI-driven GTM strategies and thought leadership initiatives
• Explore and implement Agentic AI for autonomous AI workflows

Required Skills & Experience:

Must-Have:

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, and Gen AI
• Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, and Hugging Face
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, AWS Nova, Azure AI, Vertex AI, and OpenAI APIs
• MLOps experience for automating AI model deployment
• Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with AutoML, Prompt Engineering, and fine-tuning LLMs
• Contributions to open-source AI projects and research
• Understanding of AI Ethics, AI security, and Responsible AI frameworks
