Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to implement AI-driven applications that deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Model Development & Deployment:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models.
• Collaborate with data scientists to translate prototypes into production-ready solutions.
• Optimize models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.

Data Processing & Management:

• Collect, preprocess, and manage structured and unstructured data for training models.
• Perform feature engineering, selection, and extraction to enhance model performance.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the model lifecycle.

Integration & Collaboration:

• Work with software development and product teams to integrate AI/ML models into applications.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Communicate technical insights and results effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Testing & Validation:

• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and testing frameworks.
• Conduct A/B testing and validate models in production environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to model performance, reliability, and deployment.

Continuous Learning & Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research, frameworks, and best practices.
• Explore new algorithms, architectures, and tools to improve AI/ML solutions.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of internal AI/ML processes and pipelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial

Intelligence, or related field.

Experience:

• 5–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or related projects.
• Hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models or AI applications.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python, R, or equivalent programming languages.
• Experience with ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment pipelines.
• Understanding of NLP, computer vision, or other AI domains is a plus.
