Senior AI / ML Engineer

SENIOR AI/ML ENGINEER - GENERATIVE AI SPECIALIST

V-Accel AI Dynamics is hiring for our Chennai office.

THE ROLE:

Lead the design and development of cutting-edge generative AI solutions, including LLM-based applications, RAG systems, and AI-powered enterprise products. Work on production-grade AI systems serving clients across India and globally.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.)
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and embeddings
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and ML frameworks
• Experience deploying AI models in production environments
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps practices

PREFERRED:

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms
• Experience with OpenAI API, Anthropic API, or open-source LLMs
• Computer vision or NLP project experience
• Experience building AI-powered SaaS products
• Research background or published papers in AI/ML
